Delivery Conditions

The Azulejo Publicitário Português Store offers various shipping options that may or may not have an associated cost, depending on the characteristics of the order such as weight, value, and destination region. Shipping costs are displayed at the time of order registration in the store, at the second step of the shopping cart, taking into account the following characteristics:

• Destination region.
• Weight and/or value of the order..
• Chosen production mode.
• Chosen shipping method.
• Choice of AVS (Added Value Services).

In-store pickup

At the moment, we do not offer an in-store pickup option, as we do not have a physical store open to the public.

Shipments via CTT for domestic destinations

When choosing the CTT Registered Mail shipping method, orders are sent via CTT Express. With this type of shipment, delivery is usually guaranteed within 1 to 3 working days after production (for mainland Portugal). It includes a tracking number that you can request, which will allow you to know where your order is. Orders to the islands are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
